This unique online video test preparation workshop provides in-depth study of key areas in human resource management. The course will cover content necessary to obtain your PHR® and/or SPHR® and will cover the following areas: Business Management, Leadership & Strategy, Talent Planning & Acquisition, Learning & Development, Employee and Labor Relations, Employee Relations and Engagement and Total Rewards.
This course opens with a 1-hour informational session and introduction. Followed by 11, 3-hour sessions, which can be viewed in an on-demand format at your leisure.
