What is it?

This new online program brings DEI training to the desktop of all your employees. This is an accessible and affordable way to change the way your employees view and embrace DEI.

How does it work?

The online Micro-Credential program is divided into six sessions, and participants are required to complete each session along with an associated exam. These sessions can be either on-demand or schedule for a specific date and time. Attendance is meticulously tracked through our comprehensive Learning Management System.

Who should participate?

The short answer: Everyone. DEI touches every individual at every role or level of every organization. This program serves as a micro-credential, with a key emphasis on providing a simple, convenient, and cost-effective solution for training entire organizations. Additionally, for HR Professionals who are SHRM/HRCI certified, this program will provide recertification credits.
